| Bio: | I am a hypertext addict, writing new media poetry. I continue to write here, mostly because I have given up formal writing to get a company started, http://www.readyplango.com. And about the wheelchair rants. In a nutshell, I have a rare bone disease and was walking for at least 6 years on multiple compound fractures. (The doctors kept sending me to shrinks and not to xrays.) And now I have basically no cartiledge left and bone shrapnel in the muscles. These are public, but be warned, they are just rants about living in a wheelchair and getting used to it. If it helps someone, fine. If not, at least it helps me to go over it in my mind. Please please please I beg you please do not take anything I write to mean anything more than what it is--my slow stumbling figuring out of what to do now that I can not walk very far. Do not take it personally. Do not take it to insult any other person. If you do, I will not be responsible for your feelings. I have enough to do to manage my own life. | |||||
